Pure Black Racing

I went to Westlake Boys High School, which is where I picked up cycling as cross training for rugby, however eventually I converted to the bike. My biggest achievement as a Junior was 3rd overal at Tour de l'Abitibi in Canada with the National Squad. This year I spent 2 months in the United States with Mike and Roman where I placed 3rd overall in U23 at the Nature Valley GP, which is probally the result I am most proud of. My Goals for 2011 is to make the most of the oppurtunity with Pureblack Racing. The chance to ride with some of NZ biggest names in the sport will help me grow to becoming the best rider I can possibly be. When I am not on the bike I tend to either run away to the family bach in Rotoiti to water ski or the Hawkes Bay to enjoy myself.
